For embroidery digitizing, every order includes DST, PES, and EMB formats plus a PDF production worksheet. For vector art conversion, you receive AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF formats.

What does 'same-day' mean?

Same-day turnaround means if you place your order before the cutoff time (typically 2 PM EST), we'll have your preview ready the same day. Final files are delivered after your approval.

What if I'm not satisfied with the preview?

We offer free revisions if you're not satisfied. Simply request a revision with notes on what you'd like changed, and we'll adjust it for you.

What is the risk-free guarantee?

If we cannot meet the specifications you provided (placement size, formats, and any explicit notes), we'll issue a full refund. This only applies when we cannot meet your provided specs.
