Refunds are only issued when StitchReady cannot meet the provided specifications (selected preset size, formats, and any explicit notes provided during order). If you are not satisfied with the result but we have met your specifications, we offer free revisions instead. Refund requests must be made through the admin system and will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Same-day turnaround is included with every order. Orders placed before the cutoff time (typically 2 PM EST) will have previews ready the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will have previews ready the next business day. Final files are delivered after preview approval. Turnaround times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods, which will be communicated via email.
We offer free revisions if you are not satisfied with the preview. Simply request a revision through your dashboard with notes on what you'd like changed. There is no limit to the number of revisions, but we ask that you provide clear feedback to help us meet your needs efficiently.
You retain all rights to your original design. By submitting your design for digitizing, you grant StitchReady permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating your digitized files. We do not claim ownership of your design, and we will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit permission. The digitized files created are yours to use as you see fit.
